1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baij99 ("baij99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the baij99 website located at https://baij99.pro, including all content, features, games, betting markets, payment services, and customer support channels made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching any game, or otherwise using any part of the baij99 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the baij99 platform immediately.

baij99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on the baij99 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a working mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if any information changes.

baij99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

• One account per player, per household, and per device.
• Account sharing with any third party is strictly forbidden.
• Accounts opened by automated means (bots or scripts) will be permanently banned.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted under their account credentials.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month after written notice.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

baij99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• baij99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or void bonus winnings if abuse is detected.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting software errors — will result in permanent account closure.
• Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Placing opposing bets (known as "arbitrage" or "bonus hunting") to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements is prohibited.

baij99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued before a player has completed the associated wagering requirement, the unused bonus balance will be removed from the account.

7. Responsible Gaming

baij99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baij99 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds due to connectivity interruption; loss of data; unauthorised access to your account by a third party; decisions made in reliance on information published on the platform; or any service outage.

baij99's total aggregate liability to any individual player, in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and baij99 arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through baij99's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the complaint.

baij99 will acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement.
